UPDATE: i was able to get the controller working after reinstalling my BT drivers as one poster suggested, but games only thru steam work.. games from xbox game pass and battlenet still not showing a controller connected. also does not work with cable which is very odd. at this point i am considering resetting my computer, would like to resolve

Hi. I found a solution to this problem which I have had since the launch of the elite 2 controller. I went to accessibility on my Samsung Tab S6 and disabled anything that was on. For me I had remote desktop app and something else but I disabled everything and from then on the triggers worked fine.
